This breakfast pizza is nothing fancy, but was an absolute childhood staple whenever we went to the cabin. There are some foods where, for whatever reason, you only ever make them on a certain occasion or when you're in a specific place and this recipe was one of them. While I don’t know why we only ate this summers at the lake, I do know why it was the perfect cabin breakfast, because it was one of the easiest things you can make. Plus you get the fun of smacking a roll of pillsbury crescent dough on the counter to get it to pop open.

Seriously so good and easy!! I was making it for a dairy free vegetarian so switched out the sausage for impossible sausage, and the cheese for violife cheese and milk for a cashew nut milk. With all the swaps it was still delish and tasted like childhood!!
This looks amazing! Can’t wait to try it out!
